Hospitality & Vineyard Design

Overview

Our residential posture translates to small-scale hospitality more readily than to hotels. Tasting rooms, estate farm-stay programs, private-club suites, and agritourism — the common thread is that the guest experience is the owner's personal aesthetic extended, not a brand system imposed.

We take on hospitality engagements in two forms. On vineyard and ranch properties, we deliver the hospitality scope — tasting room, member suites, harvest kitchen, tasting library — as part of the broader estate we're already designing. On standalone hospitality properties, we partner with an operations consultant and a hospitality MEP specialist for the operational scope and lead the design ourselves.

We are not a hotel design firm. We don't take engagements that require a brand-book or a flag. Where the owner's taste and operational personality are the brand, we're the right partner.

Every hospitality engagement includes the operational side: housekeeping flow, back-of-house efficiency, service-path programming, and linen and supply specification — all the things that make a guest not notice a thing.

Vineyard estate hospitality

Folded into a broader estate engagement when tasting room and member suites are on the same property.

Standalone hospitality

For properties whose hospitality is the primary use. Paired with an operations consultant.

Typical engagement

Design fees are standard Cerro. Operations consultant and specialist MEP are quoted by the respective partner.

Joint-venture partners

We co-deliver this capability with a named, licensed partner. Every engagement discloses which partner is on the project and on what terms.
