Every surface, every fixture, every piece of hardware is selected and documented. We produce the detailed specifications that builders and tradespeople need to execute at the level our projects demand.

We source and order every element — from custom furniture and imported stone to artisan-made tile and antique lighting. Each piece is tracked from workshop to warehouse to your home.
