What Cerro brings to LA Westside — a proposition, not a photograph.

A Palisades rebuild framed as recovery rather than replacement. The Cerro proposition for a displaced-family bluff-side home: salvaged and recovered structural timber where it can be saved, hand-troweled lime plaster walls that register light the way the old plaster did, class-A fire-rated cladding integrated into the design intent rather than imposed on top of it, and a courtyard-centered plan that gives the family a private ground they can own again. Built with insurance-timeline discipline and the understanding that the fastest honest path is five business days, not five months.

Studio Study · not a delivered project. This page is a Cerro design proposition for this market — a representative interpretation, not a photograph of a home that exists. If you have a house in LA Westside and want a conversation, write us.
